The Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Council (EIDC) invests in understanding how all Clearcover-ers feel about the workplace and uses data to empower leaders and groups to create a culture wherein all people can feel comfortable being themselves and thrive in their work.

Vision

We are working to create a Clearcover that benefits from the broadest array of perspectives possible, wherein teammates feel comfortable bringing their entire selves to work so they can contribute to their maximum ability.

With our Mission in mind, we strive to frame efforts and initiatives with inclusion of all types of people at the center. By opening hearts and minds, we believe we can achieve more of our goals, achieve them faster, and feel better about how we did so.
