Healthcare
Clearcover's insurance benefits cover a majority of medical premiums and 100% of vision and dental premiums. In addition, through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, every employee has access to Wondr, a digital program that teaches participants skills to create a healthy relationship with food, sleep better, and lower stress.
Along with covering the physical health of our team members, ensuring everyone's mental health is one of our top priorities. Clearcover offers everyone the resources they need to find support for their mental health from company-wide workshops to one-on-one counseling. Through the Employee Assistance Program, all Clearcover-ers and their household family members have access to virtual or in-person counseling sessions.
As additional coverage for employees' family members, Clearcover provides a $50,000 basic term life insurance at no additional cost.

Financial Benefits
Clearcover automatically contributes 3% of each team member's salary into a 401K, and employees may add their own contributions at any time. Additionally, every Clearcover-er is eligible for stock options, a yearly bonus, and referral bonuses for any open position.
Remote Work
While our Chicago headquarters is open to all employees, over 60% of our team members live and work outside of the Chicago area. To support our remote-first workforce in their home offices across the country, Clearcover provides IT equipment including monitors, keyboards, docking stations, mouses, and headsets. Along with their tech set-up, all new employees receive a Clearcover swag box that includes a t-shirt, pens, notebook and water bottle so they immediately feel like part of the team no matter where they are located.
From the first day we opened our office doors, all Clearcover-ers enjoyed a free, fully-stocked snack selection in the break room. To continue this tradition in a remote world, each employee receives a monthly stipend for snack boxes to have the items of their choice delivered directly to their homes!
Flexibility
Every Clearcover-er's time is valuable and the ability to balance work and home life is essential to maintaining each team member's happiness. In order to provide flexibility, we offer Focus Fridays, when everyone is encouraged to keep their calendars free from meetings and use the day to schedule personal appointments. During the summer months, an additional flex schedule allows everyone the extra time they need to enjoy the season.
