Everyday Clearcover-ers demonstrate the strength of our teamwork. We are known for completing projects on time and consistently meeting and surpassing our goals while praising and supporting one another. Outside of our work-related projects, we often ban together and direct our efforts to support causes like the annual Movember fundraiser. In October, we continued this tradition and challenged Clearcover-ers to collectively raise $5,000 for the American Cancer Society during Breast Cancer Awareness Month

ERG's allow members of various groups and their allies to come together in a dedicated Slack channel where they are able to develop and increase a sense of belonging at Clearcover.

The panel continued the EIDC's mission to frame initiatives that recognize and celebrate all types of individuals. By increasing everyone's knowledge about communities outside of their own, the EIDC aims to create a workplace where everyone feels comfortable to show up and contribute as their true selves.

Read MoreThroughout Pride Month, Clearcover's Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Council (EIDC) presented initiatives to expand Clearcover-ers' knowledge about the LGBTQ+ community in order to create an ever more welcoming and inclusive work environment. Beginning on June 1st, the EIDC presented a flag or term associated with the LGBTQ+ community each working day. In addition, the EIDC launched a new Employee Resource Group in our company-wide Slack channels for members of the community and their allies to meet other members, talk about topics pertaining to the community, and ultimately feel accepted, welcomed and heard. Finally, the EIDC presented a Pride Video Educational Series on June 9th and wrapped up the month with a Pride Panel featuring several Clearcover-ers' coming out stories.
